Autologous fat transplantation has attracted great interest in breast augmentation for cosmetic purpose. In the present study, we reported our experience in fat grafting in breast in cases, and some detailed procedure concerning efficacy and safety of grafting was evaluated. Fat was harvested using mL syringe attached to a 3-hole blunt cannula in a diameter not beyond 3 mm. After washing with cool normal saline to remove blood, the fat was managed with open method using cotton towel as a platform for concentration fat tissue and separating them from fluids, oil, and debris. A gauge, 1-hole blunt cannula was used to place the fat through 3-mm incision on inframammary fold.

Depending on the extent of the procedure, a general anesthetic or IV sedation is utilized for comfort. After any unusable fat cells have been removed, the harvested fat is then injected to the target site to restore volume. Stemcell Fat Transfer or CAL cell assisted lip transfer is a procedure where we harvest stem cells from fat extracted out of your own body and then, after mixing them with more fat, also taken from your own body, we transfer it to restore a youthful contour to the face, breasts, lips, hands and buttocks. The enriched stem cells within the fat will encourage the growth of new blood vessels to nourish the transplanted fat and may also stimulate the production of new fat cells.
Some women like the idea of having bigger breasts, but don't like the idea of breast implants. Breast augmentation with fat is technically known as autologous breast augmentation. This procedure uses a woman's own fat instead of breast implants to increase the size of the breasts. The fat is liposuctioned from a body area with excess fat and then injected into the breasts for augmentation. This procedure has also been referred to as "stem cell breast augmentation.
Fat grafting, also called autologous fat transfer, is emerging as a new breast reconstruction technique. In fat grafting, fat tissue is removed from other parts of your body -- usually your thighs, belly, and buttocks -- by liposuction. The tissue is then processed into liquid and injected into the breast area to recreate the breast.
